Database gecertificeerde organisaties
In de database van SCCM staan alle ISO 14001-, OHSAS 18001- en ISO 50001-certificaten die zijn verstrekt door een van de certificatie-instellingen aangesloten bij SCCM. De database bevat een vrij compleet overzicht van de in Nederland verstrekte certificaten.
Het komt echter voor dat certificaten niet zijn opgenomen, dit betreft bijvoorbeeld:
- certificaten afgegeven door buitenlandse certificatie-instellingen die in Nederland werken op basis van een accreditatie uit het buitenland en niet aangesloten zijn bij SCCM;
- certificatie-instellingen die certificaten verstrekken op niet-geaccrediteerde basis.
Zoeken in de database
U kunt in deze database opzoeken of een bepaalde organisatie een certificaat heeft en zo ja, welk certificaat. U kunt zien welke vestigingen er eventueel onder het certificaat vallen, wat de geldigheid is van het certificaat, welke certificatie-instelling het heeft afgegeven enzovoort.
Zoeken op bedrijfstak
U kunt in de database zoeken op bedrijfstak, maar alleen op het niveau van de hoofdvestiging op het certificaat en de bijbehorende vestigingen. Vestigingen in een andere bedrijfstak als de hoofdvestiging kunnen helaas niet worden getoond.
Binnen- en buitenlandse certificaten
De bij SCCM aangesloten certificatie-instellingen zijn verplicht om alle in Nederland afgegeven certificaten bij SCCM aan te melden. Certificaten verstrekt in het buitenland kunnen vrijwillig worden aangemeld. Dit verklaart het relatief lage aantal ‘buitenlandse’ certificaten.
Geldig, verlopen, beëindigd of geschorst
Certificaten kunnen (tijdelijk) niet meer geldig zijn door schorsing of het verlopen zijn van het certificaat. Een certificaat is verlopen wanneer de geldigheidstermijn is verstreken en het nog in procedure is voor hercertificatie. Een certificaat wordt geschorst als een organisatie op belangrijke punten niet voldoet aan de norm of als het afwijkingen niet tijdig oplost. Ook kunnen certificaten worden beëindigd voordat het certificaat is verlopen. Deze certificaten blijven vermeld in de databases tot maximaal een half jaar na beëindiging. De geldigheid van certificaten wordt altijd in het overzicht certificaten vermeld. Door in het veld ‘status’ te zoeken op ‘geldig’, ‘verlopen’, ‘geschorst’ of ‘beëindigd’ krijgt u een overzicht van de certificaten met de betreffende status.
Er zijn 473 certificaten gevonden die voldoen aan de opgegeven selectiecriteria.
